No it's a completely different fruit, although of the same family (genus). As a general guide Limes are green when ripe and Lemons are yellow.

No lime is not a baby lemon.

Both the lime and the lemon are different flavours, usually the lime is more rounded in shape and eaten when green.

The lemon is eaten or used for flavouring when yellow in colour, it has a more elongated shape usually with a small knob shape on one or both ends.

No it is not a baby lemon but its something else very far from a lemon, a lime is tasteless and a lemon is a fruit.

Yes a lime is a lemons baby and an Orange is it's granny, Grapefruit is grandpa also aunts and uncles are madarins and clementines with kiwis as cousins.

No, they are 2 entirely different citrus fruits. Lemons are yellow, limes are green. Both can be used in juice or flavorings.
