how do you specify the IP address oracle 10g binds to on Windows?

see if you are using DHCP...then you dont have to worry about it...since oracle will take care about your IP...

If not...it will bind ur static IP....and whenever you will change that...your database will start malfunctioning...so beware...follow the documents oracle has published whenever you want to change the HOSTNAME and IP address of machine running oracle instance..
