Er...because they are people.
Still black gay people don't have the same civil rights as white straight people and they are all people too...what's going on here?...oh yes it's called discrimination...that's a human rights abuse isn't it.

we are all equal citizens in the united states as prescirbed by the amendments added to the constitution post civil war era. it took many, many years for black people to experience the same rights as whites. equality is still not perfect, but, the gap is getting smaller and smaller.

the key word in your question is "people"...sad that you can't see that for yourself...many years ago, I adopted a beautiful baby boy whose birth mother was white and birth father was black...so, if the "rights" of these two peoples should be different, as you may be suggesting, then which parts of my son, for instance, should be split to satisfy the differences to which you refer?....in short, your question is not only bias, it's inhuman.

You're afraid of the power of African descent people so of course you would want to deny them basic human rights. You're also jealous and envious of OUR successes inspite of the efforts of others to keep us down.
