We used to write each other a lot, and he told me about Islam so I converted and then left it one week later and now he won't write me anymore.
He used to write me even when I wasn't Muslim, when I turned Muslim he wrote even more, but when I told him I don't agree with it and that I left it he only wrote once, it's been one month since he's written. His last letter he wrote "hi I hope you don't think I'm ignoring you my friend. I'll write more later."

it wasn't my fault I converted, the converter told me to say some words and I did! I didn't know. all I asked for was books to learn about it.

It may be a personal thing or it may be religious nonsense. You'd have to ask your friend. Sounds like he's just gotten busy and hasn't thought to write. Or it may be that he only cared about you to the point he was able to convert you. That's common. Religion's main purpose is to get converts. You might just be another check on his list.

Another reminder of how crazy and fanatical these muslims are.
The most insecure bunch of bigots.
Go to www.homa.org to find out the true face of islam.
There are 2 faces of islam , 1 face is the theory , which is all rosy & seduces you into thinking its actually a very good faith.
The other face is the real face , the practical side = the ground reality, the religon with all the hang-ups , all the frustration, all the suppression , the anger , the hate , zero-tolerance etc etc , I could go on ...... but just click on www.homa.org to get an update on reality.

You converted to Islam for a week? It's all fine and well talking to someone about their religion, but to convert on a whim and then drop it just as fast is rather disrespectful. Religions aren't something you play around with out of interest, they require life-long commitment.
That said, I doubt your Muslim friend would stop liking you because of this. Perhaps he just feels it too awkward to write to you after what you did, or he might just be busy with something very important.

"I wish I were Chinese", "I have been a Muslim" and now you are confused ? One does not convert to anything other than through conviction and, you cannot have done it through the latter if you now do not believe in it any more. It was a quick conversion and an equally quick rebuttal. Who is to blame for this, but you ?

Try to be more open minded, think of all the possibilities. His comp was infected by virus, his comp broke, he had to travel elsewhere, such and such. If that isn't the problem, try confronting him, be honest. Write to him how you feel.
Peace out.
