You might ask yourself "Why is she avoiding me" My first thought was that you are answering your own question, "Shes avoiding you" unless you know more than your sharing, You should move along. At work, if you have a work-related issue that requires you engage that co-worker for work-related conversation, then do so with a professional and courteous manner. Otherwise leave her alone to do her work and you do yours.

That is legally called harassment or stalking. Better be ready to lose your job or spend some time in jail if she files a restraining order.

leave her alone or she will have you up on sexual harassment charges and you'll get fired and you wont have to worry about her avoiding you at work any more.
