At work, if you have a work-related issue that requires you engage that co-worker for work-related conversation, then do so with a professional and courteous manner. Otherwise leave her alone to do her work and you do yours.

That is legally called harassment or stalking. Better be ready to lose your job or spend some time in jail if she files a restraining order.
