in my oppinion... i think this person wants to persue a relationship with you but doesn't know how to bring it up... so now its time for you to take the lead and do wat you want with your friendship... if you have deeper feelings for this person other than just as a friend.. then i suggest you talk to them about it and try to get an actual relationship out of it... but keep in mind that it is close to valentines day... therefor this person could just be saying it cuz they don't want to be alone on valentines... so they want to use u... just be careful... but if you like this person as more of a friend.. then go for it.. but be ware... this could also end your friendship if you do end up having a relationship and realize later on that it was a mistake... its hard to go back in time

no no if a boy says "we are just friends" he means that he finds you a good girl but he doesn't love you or want you with passion.so just be ***** to make him run behind you.
If a girl says "we are just friends" she means that she doesn't find you really interesting and also that you are not so much of a man for her.so be a bad boy!!
