I am bloated and have gas that is causing some discomfort in the stomach for the last 6 weeks. What to do?

No beans, milk, cabbage, or carb soda's. Give it a chance to come out naturally. Try some ex lax, green tea or plums, prunes or alot of water.

Avoid citrous fruits.
Avoid red chilli and spicy foods.
Take antacids as and when required to ease gas problems.

Eat in small quantities five times a day.

drink lot of water.
Take deep breathing exercise
Take walking exercise.
make note of daily food intake and the possible problems of gas etc .try to identify which food is causibg more gas problem for you and try to avoid it.

For gas relief you can use active charcoal tablets for their high absorbancy properties. Just plop some in and swallow it with water. Not tasty but charcoal tablets will absorb almost all liquid toxins and poisons, though ineffective to solid and gaseous poisons.

i say stop eating, drink just water in small amounts but often and do abdominal crunches. as many as possible. abdominal crunches will cause blood stream going intensively to stomach organs which can help any infection cure anything else. good luck

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar in a glass, 250ml, of warm water and sip slowly.
