EVERYDAY- i do not want to work-out, but every day i am in pain and i dont feel good and i want to feel better.

I know that if ''i go to the pool and do this for ME. I want to feel better and even if i am there for 5 minutes-

i had a back surgery that left me numb, from the waist down and 'i was told that 'i would never walk. If I had listened to them (dr's and other health professionals) and not even tried- or had the attitude YES I CAN-- i would have never had a business. THE THOUGHT OF not being able to do for myself- is the motivation for me to workout. I dont want to be dependent on anyone- i have found no one that i can depend on but myself... unless u are in my position then 'i am not sure u would understand..
but also the fact that the Lord allowed me to still have a choice instead of it being made for me after surgery - is the biggest!

I have never been in the wheel chair except for 1 month after surger - for rehab.

POSITIVE MENTAL ATTITUDE! JUST DO IT- FOR THE HEALTH OF IT!!

and had i taken the negative attitude

I tell myself that all I have to do is show up in the parking lot and walk once around my car and that could be my exercise for the day. After, I always take a deep breath and walk into the gym since I am already there. Usually, these days are my best workout days, helps relieve stress.

just get there. some days i just dont want to go to they gym but when i get there i get in to it. so many times i didnt want to go but never have i left the gym thinking 'wish i didnt go in today'. try doing a class - great for forcing u to keep going and once u get started the endorphins kick in and its not a chore at all. do something high energy like a spin class or combat rather than yoga type classes so that u can really get the energy levels up.
good luck!
