can't decide which camera would be best for my needs. i have read numerous reviews. need good low light indoor light and outside. am looking at canon powershot S3 IS, panasonic lumix dmc fz7/fz8, or sony dsc h5. any and all help very much appreciated

Go the canon powershot s3, only because I think the brand is good.

I think the canon is the best choice
you should go the any web reviews and look at the pics and see which one you like the best
but for me the canon it does really nice pics.

Go with either the Sony or Canon.I have the Sony DSC-H2 and I love it.

if you go for a digital camera go for the one that has the biggest ccd
the ccd is where all of the pixels go in simple terms
it means that you can blow up pics to a larger size before they go grainy
