Fultrum as far as I know, though the spelling might be worng. I don't think its septum. That is the cartilidge that forms the bridge of the nose beyond the skull bone. I know that cos mine got deviated by a squash raquet a few years back.

Its called the columella, the piece that comes down between the two nostrils. Nasal reconstruction is done for a hanging columella...see pics

Septum I think - Daniella Westbrook's nose collapsed after snorting coke for so long that she lost that part of her nose - I heard it being referred to as the septum

It's called the Septum I know because my child has a deviated septum.(not central)
