that is no one with any sense of morals and ethics
you cannot MAKE someone love you
and those who practise witchcraft etc will tell you the same thing

They can do, but only if the intention behind them is sincere and honorable. Trying to control the free will of another is always a risky business. I suggest you try casting your own spell, however simple it may be, the intention behind it is the key element. The best way to get someone to love you, is to cast a love spell on yourself. If you don't love you, no one else will.
Love spell,
You need:
A pink candle
a Pen
a piece of paper.
Write your name on the candle with the pen. Lick your thumb and wipe it over your name to seal your intent.
Make a list of the qualities you want in a perfect mate.
Light the candle and place the list under your candle.

I'm sorry, I cannot do this for you. As a Wiccan, I believe in the Rede, "Do as you will, ye harm none." Therefore, the only spells that can be cast are such to promote finding love.
