My thoughts are that they lack the maturity to take responsibility for their own actions, behaviors. All we can do is hope they grow up mature and become successful, honest people. God bless****

Sometimes it is someone else who's at fault. Like when the mechanic forgot to tighten the screws after changing the tire ##$%&*&^%$#$%^^^. Who should I have blamed??? And then theres the times when its a matter of failing to take responsibility for ones own shortcomings.

P.S. Tire came off while driving ##%#@%

Its an inability to take responsibility. I have a coworker just like this. Yesterday, she blamed the manager for not calling her when she was late for work. She came in 2 hours late. Said it was his fault and he should have called her even though she was scheduled for 5am. 55 yrs old, but still shows a lot of immaturity.

I guess the main reason ppl blame others, is because they can, and its easy. These kinds of ppl dont care about the feelings of others, and are not about to stand up for what they did. So, they just blame someone else.*

Dr. Phil had a man on TV this week who did that.
I think he could have been broken from doing that
as a child if his parents had worked on it.

They think it takes the blame off of them.
It doesn't, and now that he is an adult doing
it looks foolish.

If they blamed themselves, they might have to change. Change is difficult. Easier to be the hero of your own story now isn't it??

i suppose for some people, it's easier to do so.

it's harder to come to terms on what you did wrong and be accountable for your actions. it's always easier to point a finger to someone else than accepting you are not perfect... that you make mistakes.
