The YHA Dubai is located on Al Nahda Road between Al Mulla Plaza and the Al Bustan Centre on the same side of the road near the Al Ali club.
May be it is better if you try to get the information direct from them through uaeyha@emirates.net.ae

While it's a fair distance from the action it is the only hostel in town. Still it has far better facilities than you would expect.

Speak to the ENgland and Wales YHA http://www.yha.org.uk/ as they will be able to find out all the IYHF/HI hostels in Dubai. The major Hostelling International hostels around the world can also be found on http://www.hihostels.com/ but note that every HI hostel is not listed here - you need to speak to the YHA for that.

I don't think there is a youth hostel in Dubai, having been there on a number of occasions. Click on this link to check out some cheap hotels.
