If you all like pasta how about cooking the main pasta and then different sauces for everyone? Or how about something quick like omelet with different ingredients?

I think you have to take a gradual approach. I'm going to assume that at least one of the other people is an adult, so you can talk to them about the situation. If you could agree on a few dishes that you both like, then start getting the kids to eat what you eat. Allow for different condiments (ketchup, mustard, pickles, whatever) so everyone has some control over what's on their plate, but basically start making the same thing for everyone and they'll get the hang of it eventually.
That, or start fixing their own meals!

Im continuously cooking for someone with different tastes. My fiance doesnt like spice or veg so when I make a pasta dish like say spaghetti bolognaise I dont tell him and I add veg to the pasta sauce and once I have served his up I mix in some chilli powder to give it a little kick.

Order a pizza with four different corners. j/k,
Actually you are a very patient person. I believe a lot of people would just cook one meal and to bad for the others that don't like it. Or you could always try cooking one meal each night that each person likes and the others would just have to eat it.

If everyone is in the same household, then they need to learn that life, sometimes, isn't fair. Obviously you want to be aware of any food allergies. Barring that, they need to eat whatever is for dinner, and do without if they don't like it. I don't recommend a dinner of liver and eggplant! But I would try to incorporate everyone's favorites, whenever possible. If they're able to work outside the home, then they need to buy their own food and prepare it, and then clean up after themselves when done.
Not saying you need to be a nasty horse's butt; but neither should they take advantage of you.

If you are the chef of the group, it's really up to you. You can prepare something every body likes like sloppy joes, tuna salad sandwiches, egg salad sandwiches, fried chicken, slow cooked pork chops, pot roast, fire roased ham, mac and cheese dinner. There are alot of options out there for you to chose from. Once your party see's that you no longer cater to each and everyone's becking call, they'll come to terms with it or look quite silly actually. Good Luck.

Not sure if this is a "fmaily" thing - i foud the only way was to make one thing and that was it - it soon becomes clear that it is that or nothing for dinner.
For a Dinner party, i would have all types of ingredients laid out - with a desisive base (pasta, rice, cous cous, noodles etc) and a selection of sauces. Then let everyone make their own favourite

Jacket spuds with a choice of toppings. Or range of veg, with 2 different casseroles and they can help themselves. Failing that they could always cook for themsleves or get a take away!

Pitza's always popular. Or meat, tatties and veg - a nice selection so everyone will like something (I'm a vege but would be happy with tatties and veg!). Mexican is also always a winner - lots of salad to fill vege or non-spicy wraps, and meat in mexican sauce for the others.
