No, the human body does not 'need' alcohol. Unless they are severe alcoholic then sometimes they go through withdrawal symptoms. But once they have detoxed their body no longer feels the 'need' for alcohol.
A person does not need alcohol, it's not a basic need for life. For some people it may be a psychological need as they enjoy the effects or use it to relax, for social reasons, or as an escape.
This question really doesn't belong in the cancer section.

No. Alcohol is a posion to the human body. It can cause liver problems and many other harmful consequences

It does not need alcohol, but part of the natural process of the body create it in your system. In ver small amounts, but it is an organic poison.

Yes, technically it does. The alchohol can appear in many states, ethanol, methanol etc. But it does not need to be distributed manually. Your body produces minute amounts of alchohol from its own storages as it chemically converts molecules to alchohol. So, a person could live without ever drinking beer, wine or brandy.
P.S. It is proven that small amounts of red wine occasionally will improve your IQ and make you live a more healthy life but overdoses can gradually kill you. Cool eh?

the stomach is acidic,but the stomach also need alcohol for proper functioning.in other to stabilize the alcoholic content.
