Why don't you ask at your local college or university to see if any of their students would like to help you out? There are so many talented designers currently studying that I'm sure one or more of them would jump at the opportunity to work with your students. Good luck.

Contact your local education authority, here in wigan we have a gallery with artists who do just what you're asking and it's run by the LEA. Also, as said earlier colleges and universities are good sources too, Good luck ((*_*))
