Nope, it is "Facturas". "Fracturas" comes from "fracturar", broken something, like a leg or an arm
This suits more to a hospital bill not to a bank statement

"Factura" (or "fatura" in Brazil) is a credit bill ( Babelfish tells me it is a 'invoice' - I really don't know how UK banks call it ).
"Pgto" is a short for "pagamento", payment.

So "pagamento de facturas" is a payment for some bill.

i think paid bills. factura means invoice
