Adolf Hitler grew up in a Catholic family but left the Church early in life.
He was the father of the atheistic or pagan fascist Nazi party not Communism.
Automatic excommunication happens when Catholics commit certain offensives. This happens as soon as the offense is committed.
Adolf Hitler committed the following offenses resulting in automatic excommunication:
- Apostasy - the formal renunciation of one's religion. Hitler specifically rejected the Catholic Church, as well as Christianity in general. He described himself as "a complete pagan.”
- Heresy - a doctrine in theology, religion, philosophy, or politics at variance with those of the Catholic Church. Nazism is definitely heretical to Christianity.
There was no reason for the Catholic Church to excommunicate Hitler. He did it all by himself.
With love in Christ.

Wow. You have to be beyond delusion. Hitler was a Catholic, so he was a Christian. Hitler was NOT the father of communism, and communism is NOT an atheist belief.

Hitler was baptized Catholic, as are a solid majority of people from Austria. But he had abandoned Catholicism long before he ever took power in Germany.
No, Hitler was not the father of communism. Communism was around well before him.

Unfortunately, Hitler was born to Catholic Germans. (By the way, Catholics have always been Christians. Read History books). He was turned away from the seminary because he had unfit beliefs. This was one of the reasons he hated the Catholic Church. Catholics were greatly persecuted under his reign. Many were martyred for helping Jews. Hitler, however, was tolerant of protestants. It was Karl Marx, a Jew, who was the father of communist atheism. In summary, NO Hitler was not Catholic, was not a Christian, (was probably protestant), and was not the father of atheism.

Hitler wasn't even a Catholic. Here are some of his quotes:
"National Socialism and religion cannot exist together.... The heaviest blow that ever struck humanity was the coming of Christianity. Bolshevism is Christianity's illegitimate child. Both are inventions of the Jew. The deliberate lie in the matter of religion was introduced into the world by Christianity.... Let it not be said that Christianity brought man the life of the soul, for that evolution was in the natural order of things"
"Christianity is a rebellion against natural law, a protest against nature. Taken to its logical extreme, Christianity would mean the systematic cultivation of the human failure"
"The best thing is to let Christianity die a natural death.... When understanding of the universe has become widespread... Christian doctrine will be convicted of absurdity.... Christianity has reached the peak of absurdity.... And that's why someday its structure will collapse.... ...the only way to get rid of Christianity is to allow it to die little by little.... Christianity the liar.... We'll see to it that the Churches cannot spread abroad teachings in conflict with the interests of the State"
"There is something very unhealthy about Christianity"
"It would always be disagreeable for me to go down to posterity as a man who made concessions in this field. I realize that man, in his imperfection, can commit innumerable errors-- but to devote myself deliberately to errors, that is something I cannot do. I shall never come personally to terms with the Christian lie. Our epoch Uin the next 200 yearse will certainly see the end of the disease of Christianity.... My regret will have been that I couldn't... behold ."
Be assured,I'm not a Catholic apologist. But I cannot stand to see tales being bandied about, especially when information is so readily available.

Wrong, wrong and wrong. Catholics are christians (why don't you know this? I'm an atheist and I do).
Hitler was not the father of communism - he wasn't even a communist.
And communism isn't a belief - it's an ideology.

Hitler was baptized a Christian , a Catholic not a Protestant, he later apostatized from the Christian faith and became a neopagan, new age practicer, he also persecuted the Church and put many priests to death and sent them to concentration camps. The pope thought Hitler was possessed by Satan.
Karl Marx is the father of communism.

Hitler was one of those 'former Catholics' who HATE Catholicism and the Catholic Church. His big hero was Martin Luther, and he had 1/3 of Poland's Catholic priests killed in the Holocaust.
