Punch Up "Thermal Depolymerization".... a simple proven process that turns any solid (and lots of liquid) waste into usable oil and fertilizer by-products. It is available now, a proven process, but why do we never hear about it on the 5 o'clock news???

There are high-tech land fills that capture the methane that is produced from decomposition, and turn in back into energy for the trucks that bring in the garbage.
