I was trying to get a back surgery in MOBILE ,ALABAMA -?

the dr.(?) started to become abusive and was investigating my psych. background.Is this LEGAL?and what should I do?

This is legal but if you dont feel comfortable(i dont feel comfortable just listening about him) FIND ANOTHER SURGON

If the doctor is being abusive drop him and find another surgeon. Many insurance companies require a full psychological examination before some surgeries to make sure the patient is mentally capable of dealing with the surgery.
