As long as you are willing to work, there are jobs to be found, what you find will depend on your education/knowledge, experience etc.
Housing might be expensive depending on where you choose, transit system is good if you do not have a car, parking is expensive and scarse downtown if you do, lots to do so lifestyle in Toronto for any single woman with children as in any big city.
It is what YOU make it, no one can make it for you. Others complain because they are expecting big pay with no education, expect a hand out from the gov't and when it doesn't happen beacuse they rather sit on their lazy butt then blame it on racism.

Your question should have been: How good is it to work in toronto as a woman with 2 children.... Color of skin is racism. If I had warts all over my face, would I say : How good is it to work in toronto as a warty faced woman with 2 children??? Come on people...have some self-esteem.

Depends on your experience and education, nothing else. Canadians do not discriminate against race, religion, nationality, background, age or gender. Everyone pretty much has an equal opportunity.
