Their all usually high interest rates so just get ones to stores where you shop.

It's true; best to use ones where you shop the most. Alas, a lot of dept. stores have up to 29 percent.
I live where there is a Lowes and a Belk Dept. Store.
I like their cards bec. w/Lowes, I'm a homeowner, they have so many promos for over 299.00, you have 12 months to pay. So this takes the sting out of it, esp. if you keep up payments monthly; also, they don't penalize you if you don't pay monthly: Sears will.
Then with Belk: they have a 30-60-90 program ( program 2) so your payment is divided into 3 payments. I like it a lot; and it is a good store.
Then, WalMart has a 9 percent offering. I'm sure anyone qualifies; my credit isn't wonderful. And, I have it. If you shop there a lot, that is really cheap interest.
Don't get too many tho'; it's too tempting. And, you can wind up w/high balances.

Store cards are seldom a good idea unless it's a place where you already shop and you get some tangible benefit from using it.

If you can't get a credit card, getting "loads" of store cards is NOT going to improve your credit situation.
