Just yesterday, I went to the gym and bad thing happened when I was training. I suddently felt dizzy and had headache. Then, I slowly lost my vision and hearing ability. I tried to drink some water and take deep breath but It didn't work. I almost passed out at that time. I couldn't even stand up for feel anything. After 15 mins, I gained my vision again but things' still blurred. I walked outside, took some deep breaths, and slowly recovered 20 mins after.

I searched the internet and found out some reasons but they aint work in my case:
1. Lack of sleep: I actually took a nap (3+ hours) before going to the gym.
2. Have some heart diseases: I don't think so.
3. High cholesterol: I'm just 19, skinny, and Asian. How come I have high cholesterol in my blood?
4. Overtraining: I just go to the gym 2 times/week. 2 or 2,5 hours per time
5. Lack of Oxygen: Maybe, But I did take deep breaths and it didn't work.

Any answers? please let me know or give me some advices. Appreciate it.

try going for only 2 hours at most a time for a while... take it easy also.. go ask a doctor. It ould easily just be over working or over stressing your body and you losing your vision and hearing was a way of your body telling you that you need to train a little less. Also, with the vision and hearing lose, could just be that you are dehydrated. It hapens to me a lot when I exercise.. Drink up!

There are several methods to improve quickly and naturally eye sight... To know how to do that you can find here a compelte method based on researches done by some scientist, for a cheap price:

I can give you just some tips but I suggest to give a look to the method that i posted above...for example you can take more food that contains vitamin A such as carrots may help to naturally improve your eye sight. We can also always do exercises. There are exercises such as rolling your eyeball to form an invisible square that are always recommended by the doctors to improve one's eyesight. I don't know about quickly as there is no fast way to reach one's goal.
Vegetarians can help to improve one's eye sight. I believe it because I am a vegetarian and my eye short-sightedness power remains the same without any increase after about 2 years. The doctor was shocked because teenagers at my years will usually have a most increase since we are always watching TV, playing computers and also reading. I do not know whether it is totally true or not but it does affect a bit on the result.

Anyway i suggest to check the link that i posted :) It worked for me
Hope it helps.

Most likely cause is dehydration. It causes weakness, dizziness and can cause hearing and vision loss. You recovered after drinking some water and it had time to be absorbed. Drink lots of fluids before exercise. Lack of potassium is probably a contributing factor, so eat more bananas or take a potassium supplement.

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck. Headaches can be
caused by minor problems like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more
serious reasons like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can have harmful side
effects, so it is better to modify your lifestyle. More information

Drop in blood pressure resulting in fainting. When you feel that way again, lie down immediately with your legs raised. How long had it been since you had eaten when you went to go work out?

I bet you had a heavy meal minutes before your workout. It usually happens to me. So I time my eating(heavy or light) with my workout.
