Does it have any nutritional value and can it be used in cooking?Mainly I'm just curious but I always end up with a couple of cups and if it has any value at all,why waste it?

I use it as fertilizer in my garden (no joke !)
I wouldn't reccomend using it for food.

I have heard of brewers using it for making bread, but I think that you can only use a small portion of trub - otherwise it overpowers the taste.

Otherwise most breweries sell it to farmers for the pigs.
