Say your doing things how their suppose to be done, and your life is good. Someone else is not handling theirs so good so it affects yours. I know your only as strong as your weakest link, but when the heck do you say its not my problem and seperate yourself from your weak links?

The minute they get on your nerves or want to involve you is when you need to tell them their problems are not yours. You found a way to solve your problems and they can do the same to solve theirs.
