hi i have a stall selling seafood soup, and early morning i need to boil the soup, and i need to put my ingredient to the soup, and my business was well but there is a guy who copy my ingredient and now can some one teach me what should i do, i was thinking of puting all my ingredient in a kind of bag something like a tea bag but a big one so that he cant follow my new ingredient again, may i know where to find that?

You can't do much with your bulky ingredients, like shrimp or fish. However, mix all your spices before hand. That way, your spices become the secret "kick" that's missing in everyone else's seafood soup.

If you can get hold of some muslin (fine cotton mesh) you could make a bag by placing the ingredients in the middle of this and then draw all the sides up to the top and put into the fish stock, but surely the soup needs something solid in it to make it filling.

use cheesecloth or the sackcloth that was used for sugar some decades back. you must have a private kitchen where you can mix your secrets and none is to know the brands and whats of ingredients you use, such is why fastfood franchises have their own commissary
