This one looks practical. I am guessing a science experiment hmmm? Just scale down the sides to 1/5th and use plaster of Paris instead of mortor and concrete.

Use the concept of evaporation and condensation that is used for getting clean water from available sources. This is a common survival idea for those trapped in a wilderness situation, provided they had some preparation. It's just a sheet of clear plastic over a large container, or a hole with something to make a depression at the center of the plastic. Sunlight heats the moisture, it rises and condenses on the cooler plastic. This is about the easiest way to demonstrate water making from available sources that are not clean to begin with.

Why don't u make a model of roof-top rain water harvesting? Its easy!Just fill in a base with lots of mud or soil. Then u may take 2 plastic cups, acceptably 1 small n 1 big. Then take some straws andjoin the small cup with da big 1.Thrust them in soil untill totally in it.DONT PUT SOIL IN IT!Then make a model house, make da roof flat n join some straws frum da roof 2 da cupz.Show your teacher by pourin' water in it.If you have done everything properly than the water will go down da roof, into da straw, come out in da small cup n finally reach da big 1!
HINT:U may use a glass base to please ure teacher by showin the wates movements!
BEST OF LUCK!
