sardins are very good for the dog,just ensure that all smallbones arenot present if fresh,if tinned ensure theya are in oil not brine or tomato sauce as both are too high in salt.
Very good for coat, teeth,eyes,bones and joints.they are high in omega 3,6,9 a must for all dogs and humans

I feed my dogs sardines once or twice a week. They are very high in vitamins, the dogs love them and my vet told me it is a supplement to help dogs with arthritis and may even help prevent arthritis.
Just make sure there are NO bones in there. I ususally mash mine up with a fork so I can see..

They can choke on the bones. Also it has to do with the chemical makeup of the sardines. Don't try it.

Well, the bones of course could hurt the dog, but also it will make the dogs poop stink to high heaven. Your nose is asking for trouble.
