I deal with them everyday. The worst recently was an old friend at work who wasn't pulling his weight and dragging the team down, he has problems at home. His negativity was making everyone down.

I had to tell him how his actions were affecting everyone and he didn't take it well - but you have to nip these things in the bud, and I didn't want the others to start turning on him.

my manager employed someone (over me, on a far higher pay scale) to do the job which i have been doing for the last five years without a hitch...

oh he talked himself up big at teh interview, to say i was upset (F angry) is an understatement, but, i'm a big boy, and i can handle it... and i just sit back and watch him struggle... all he has to do is sell advertising space... 16 pages per issue... last issue we missed the prining deadline... (i have NEVER missed a deadline in 5 yrs) and thhis issue goes to press on wednesday... next week. sales so far... four... thats four adverts...not four pages...

oh i'm loving it. i will not do something for nothing, which someone else is getting paid to do. petty, maybe. but oh boy does it feel good.

oooh hang on... clairvoyant moment... i see cards...and P45's...

not mine, i dont get paid. im a volunteer...
