people are always to shy to express theirselves due to the fact they are afraid to show who they really are because they are afraid they will be judged,made fun of or in a plain sense rejected.........phsycologically people don't want to be rejected for who they really are....thats why people tend to be afraid to show for lack of a better word their "TRUE COLORS" but you know what be YOU and if people don't accept you then those aren't the people you want to surround yourself with...People aren't all JERKS

huh?if you're saying you're shy in expressing yourself, that's because you've got a low self-esteem. That can be improved only by your attitude, getting convinced that you worth more than you think. Try reading some psychologist's books and you'll get better ways of expressing yourself.

For girls shyness is given by god. They feel shy to express the facts to others. They are not open so they will fall in troubles. Even if you are in problems, u try to solve it by yourself only but will not be able to share your views with others.

Alot of people is very shy. They don't want to express their views or opinions because they feel selfconcious and scared somone will think something bad of them or try and hurt their feelings. Shy people are very sensitive

expressing is a hidden feeling that can't be shared without getting it approved to be perfect and right.one who does express freely gains everything in life,but everything expressed can't be right thing to be expressed hence we feel shy.

wen ppl hav feeling of rejection they feel shy they think if i express my self they will make fun or think bad abt me so this feeeling is real cause of shyness.
