I don't even know what to say. What do i say? Where do I start?

Just on the surface I would say she is not being respectful to you as her husband and as the head of the household.
But I'd need to know a lot more about the situation to judge it properly. Who pays the bills? Does she work outside the home? Did you ask her WHY she is hiding the credit cards? Do you make unreasonable financial demands on her? What reason does she have to fear you? Are you a loving husband to her? What charges are made on the these cards?
How to proceed? Sit down and have a loving, open conversation with her. Discuss your feelings in an objective fashion. Ask her questions and actually LISTEN to her answers.
