If a UFO landed for the world to see, what would this mean for religions around the world? Would all the bibles be burned? Churches close forever? What do you think would happen?

The fundies would try to convince the aliens that god created them, and would get zapped with death-rays.

speaking of religion, it depends on who walks out of the ufo.
i have lived in virtual realities of UFO invasions, and so far NONE of them are Freindly. They seemed to be more like the TV series V, from the 70's more than Angels and lizardmen.
i once asked someone who my NAME was, and when they gave me a name which was not my own, i assumed in the dream I was alive in someone elses reality. its not the first time. IN fact it seemed to be a REPEAT from dreams i had as a child.

It was really Cool to watch ufo's come into the sky with all their dazzling lights and show of superiority. But they were just insistent on killing everyone or taking slaves.

Now, it is written that there is a city called NEW JERUSALEM that will come down out of Heaven. If this is a flying city, and at one time I came to the conclusion that it was, than it would also be a UFO at least for a day or so, If the saviour came out of it to establish the Kingdom of God and to set up his throne on earth, then it wont do anything to the bible. However, there will follow in that season some eye opening scriptures and prove Who was correct and who was not.
The subject of UFO/Satanic worship in relation to the bible will always seem to discredit the true existence of God, at least until God himselve directly intervenes.

You know what would probably happen? If the extraterrestrial beings have never heard of Christ, many churches around the world would probably make a considerable effort to deny them and claim they're part of a hoax or something. I mean, you'd kind of have to assume that if God really does exist, and if everyone who doesn't accept Christ goes to hell, that he'd inform other intelligent species on other planets of that as well. If the aliens have never heard of Christ, it would be a somewhat serious blow to Christianity and other earthly religions. But it wouldn't wipe religion out entirely. People would make all sorts of excuses. Some would call it a conspiracy. Others would say it's God testing our faith. Others would say it's Satan's evil plot to throw everyone off. In the end, religion on this planet would survive.

Well, let's see. It would still be an object, but it wouldn't be flying anymore, and maybe having landed it could be Identified.
But I'm supposing you're asking about what would happen if it remained less-than identified and little green men walked out claiming to be from Mars, right?
Well, certainly some people would believe it. People who havent really gotten to know Jesus Christ would be decieved, perhaps climb right aboard.
But, God is able to kick the little green butt of anyone who tries to mess with Him, and He will sustain his people.

Nothing. Christianity isn't founded on extraterrestrial life. What would undermine the very foundation of Christianity is if the Resurrection was proven never to have happened, which has never been done.

It's like if Noah's Ark was proven to be total fiction, it wouldn't affect Christianity whatsoever.

Not all religions would be affected. The Church of the Subgenius would be ok. Pantheists would be just fine too. The rest will have to take it up with the people who sold them the books... maybe they can try to get a refund. My guess is that most won't be shaken from their faith. They will search the texts to explain what has happened.

Nothing,at least not to Christianity.

Ephesians 6:12:
For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.

The bible never said there is only life on Earth. There could be other humans somewhere in the galaxy and aliens.
