RDI for zinc?

what is the RDI of zinc in women 40 years of age and is it safe to take caltrate and centrum together? Caltrate zinc is 3.08 mg and centrum has zinc content of 15 mg.... please advice....

The RDI for zinc is 15 mg daily set by the FDA. You can buy zinc supplement in health food stores ffor 50-100mg. You should take 1 capsules daily to ensure that you have enough zinc for the day .
