poached or sunny side up, but the yolks must be runny. i like them on toast or over hash browns.

I do not like poached, but steamed is okay, fried of course, but not so healthy, but my other favourites are omlettes and scrambled.

Eggs Benedict or a One Eye (pull the middle out of a piece of french bread and break an egg into it in a skillet and fry both sides) with grits and hashbrowns.................mmmmmmmmm

TAKE THE STUFF OUT
BEAT IT WITH THINLY CUT ONION CHILLY & CORIENDER(SALT/SPICES)
POUR BACK THE STUFF INTO THE EGG
CLOSE THE LID WITH DOUGH
BOIL IT ON A MACHINE
people will wonder how did the stuff got into it
BOIL THE WATER WITH SALT AND VENEGER
BREAK THE EGG INTO IT
IT WILL FORM LIKE BIRDS NEST
well i personally like half boiled, or half fried or BHURJI with lots n lots of vegetables
