Everyday you see or hear of an innocent, young person with a life threatening disease and/or death sentence. It seems so unfair! The bible tells us to live a good true life, but yet there are so many out there that do exactly that and die way too young. I have to say that it seems that I have known way more people who are haters and non-believers that continue to receive gifts from the lord. Then on the other hand there are young, innocent people who do not deserve a bad day; get their lives snatched from them way too young! Why does the lord work this way? It does not seem fair! So you can say that the troubled ones needed Gods hand; but what about the innocent children left behind by the good and honorable people that have been taken too soon? I know God works in mysterious ways, but I am fumbling to find the right path to what is supposed to be righteousness! Any thoughts??

So far all really good thoughts. However, if it was that God wanted them because they were special or that they were good so they were being rewarded for by dying and going to heaven then wouldn't it make more sense to keep the good ones here to help with the goodness we need in the world? Not take the good people for himself and leave the troubled.... Unless.... we are looking at another Noah's Arc????? Anyway, who knows, it is a very deep question with many thoughts and answers! But those of you, who have lost someone so young and innocent, can understand why I ask this question. Does God need so many good people in Heaven more than Earth for a reason? It just seems like they are so more needed here, helping to guide us who need help finding our way. God Bless Everyone who takes the time to seriously comment on this.

I'm not a Christian; my take on this is that sometimes bad stuff just happens, for no reason. Life's not fair, and so far as I can remember, no one ever told me it was.

As a Christian, do you believe that people who live a good life go to Heaven? I've heard Christians explain a death as "God needed them in Heaven." If Heaven is truly better than Earth, then those good and honorable people who die young are being rewarded by dying young. (I disagree, but that's my opinion, and you're entitled to your own.)

Everybody has to die. Mortality is 100% in every generation. Why some people die earlier than others is circumstances. If you blame God, it is a no win situation. Things happen, learn from them. If you cry about things all the time you miss out on the good things in life.

Everyone is here to be tested, some only for a short while. God has a plan for all of us. Each is specific to our needs. Some don't need to be here for very long, others do. It doesn't mean that those of us still on earth are bad, its just that that is God's plan for us. I hope this helps. If you have anymore questions go to: www.mormon.org. God bless you, and take care.

The way you see wouldn't be unfair to the LORD. Perhaps innocent people who leave this world earlier might be honorable guests for the LORD.

Well, you could start healing by giving up on the "believing in Santa" ideology you have. We all live here and we weren't put here by any omnipotent being. Therefore, we are all subject to random "badness" like anyone else. Unfortunately those young people got the short end of the straw. That is lousy but it's the way it is. We just have to grin and bear it....Sorry.

Just say that GOD really love that young and innocent. GOD take him/her because he's/she's GODdamn good and didn't want him/her having a problem. Take it as a better way, I know it's very hard. Take care ...... .. .. ....(^_^)V
