Healthy and unhealthy, what a battle. There's always going to be downsides to something depending on how you look at it. There's a myriad of juices that have no artifical sugar (just look for 100% juice. The label isn't pulling a fast one on you), but there's a great deal of fruit sugar removed from the solid parts of the fruit, so you get a blood sugar instability. A good and bad.
Gatorade would be a great hydration drink, but there's sodium. Sodium, however, to some degree is required to maintain hydration, despite being a dehydrant. Weird, eh?
The majority of milk fat is not bad for you, and if it's a big concern you can get fat free milk. However if you don't get enough fat in your diet, it has been linked to a plethora of negative effects.
So what is really healthy? Sometimes having something "unhealthy" can really be the optimal decision. My best advice would be fruit juices with no sugar added, and just drinking skim milk if you're worried that much about the fat. But really, a little fat isn't going to do any harm.
The thing to remember about the human body is that it is extremely good at seperating nutrients from waste. That's why we can do things like drink a glass of wine and benefit from it, despite alcohol basically being a poison. Why we can take Asprin and benefit, despite having to process the medicine in organs, and so on and so forth. I mean it's like losing 10 bucks and getting a 20 sometimes.

You can live without food, but without water you would most certainly die. I drink 2-3 gallons of water per day. Read this book: you're not sick, you're thirsty. I also take 2 tbls. apple cider vinegar in an 8 oz glass of water 2-3 times a day or whenever hungry,. Read apple cider vinegar cures on the web. All you have to do is drink your 6-8 glass of water a day. T"he rest of the time you can drink or eat whatever you want. I never worry about calories or if I am eating right. I have been this sajme weight since I was 18. I am now 50 and look just as good now as I did then, if not better. Also acv cures acne, cleans you internally and makes hair-nails grow long and strong. So yes there are other things to drink besides water...lol

Water is the most important drink in the world!
When we are in our Mothers womb we are 97% water, when we are born 80% water when we're grown 2/3 or 66 % water, but when we age or get elderly water goes down to about 50 %. so you see how Very Important water is and is the lubricant for our body in every area of our body. God has made us that way. Also water is the cheapest drink we can drink. Now we also have to make sure it is filtered water or mountain water which is a free flowing stream or your own water wells ( or bottled water, but make sure it is not tap water.) after they have been tested.Never drink tap water as it is full of chloride and chlorine to kill the bacteria and parasites.
Milk is also not good for you. It is pasterized which kills the good things that are in the unpasterized milk, and then they add the vitamin D. All it is good for is to plug up your system and it is usually from grain fed cows which are also fed harmones for rapid development and their is also blood in the milk and mucus
For vitamin D all you need to do is get 15 minutes of direct sunshine daily and eat the proper foods which contain The D and also different veggies have calcium or you can purchase calcium
tablets with Magnesium. Definately do not drink sodas or any of the energy drink because most of the energy drinks are just sugar flavored water.
Coffee and Teas Dehydrate you so you need to drink more water. At least half your body weight in ounces to keep your body functioning properly. If you would care to know more you can get in touch with me privately.

Yes..for sure water is healthy...it helps flush out toxins from your body.
Juice is bad if there is sugar added to it or comes in a packet form. Consider juicing yourself. Natural fruit juices are also a great way to detoxify and cleanse and can be wonderful recipes for great skin. They are also delicious and gives you plenty of vitamins and enzymes. The trick is to juice and drink it fresh!

Yes, that's true. Water or H20 is the only healthy and potent energy giving drink. It gives you the needed oxygen aside from the air that we breathe in needed by your body. It cleans out the unnecessary materials in the gastrointestinal tract, bloodstream and in the urinary tract. It gives electrolytes such as magnesium, sodium, calcium, and potassium that are needed by the human body in nerve functions. FYI, do you know that even if you do not eat for a week, you can live as long as you drink plenty of water. But be sure that it is not purified because electrolytes have been cleaned out. May be a mineral and ordinary clean water will help.
So, water is a fundamental need for all our us.
I guess that helps.

I think pure fruit juices and vegetables juices are really healthy, and probably better than water as they contain lots of vitamins and minerals as well as giving you fluid.
I agree though that drinks with sugars and sweetners added aren't at all healthy and water is a much better option to those.

It is my understanding that Gatorade is another healthy drink for the skin, and also for your system. I am also told that it gives you energy, and it has no sugars, but it is flavored.
