i heard that if you put ceramic wrap around your stomach before you exercise or go to sleep you can lose more weight because it will cause you to sweat.do you think this could work?or doyou think this could be dangerous wearing it to sleep all night?

Its a myth. Please do not sleep with it on, your skin needs to breathe at night, and putting it on when you're exercising will only clog your pores because your sweat will have nowhere to go.
Exercise or dieting is the best form of losing weight. Exercise is the best way to lose weight and keep it off.

I definitely think that you won't get any results besides feeling uncomfortable when you sleep. Even if you do lose weight, it's by sweating and that won't help tone any muscles, it will just help you lose water weight. Honestly, don't listen to any of these gimmicks. The ONLY way to get anywhere is by exercising and dieting. It's as simple as that.

Your skin needs oxygen, so if you wrap it air tight, then lots of things can happen. This includes irritation, discomfort, and maybe even infections. Sweating it off is a good idea, but do that by getting exercise such as running or jogging. I know this sounds redundant, but a healthy diet is essential as well. Make your body burn the fat instead of suffocating your skin cells. Good luck.
