Forget about that person and find a new friend. They are prolly dead or they obviously dont think of you as a friend otherwise they would have stayed in contact with you.

Why do u need a website to look for a missing friend.You should
know your friends whereabouts.Is he/she lost or some thing? Put ads in your local paper or where your friend last resided.

I don't know how accurate MySpace.com is, but you can try posting information in a bulletin so that everyone you are friends with can see. They can also repost the bulletin so everyone on their friends list can see. But you need a well-established account for this, otherwise you'd have to waste time adding people.

You can also make your own site with information on the missing friend and post it on digg.com

Best place to search for free is http://www.intelius.com/ I checked it out by using my own name. Not only do they have me living here, 20 years already, but even at my former address.

If this was a classmate you might try one of those sites. They might have registed there also.
