Eat with regularity (esp. breakfast!), exercise and get out of the house to get fresh air, sleep at least 8 hours of sleep per night, and be happy. That is the most important thing, to be happy. It will make you feel buoyant and bubbly. Its a good feeling.

Nutritionally, Sleepwise, and Lifestyle:

Nutritionally, drink lots of water, eat regularily fresh things, not so much meat, to 80% full. Take vitamins, energy drinks/foods (natural ones of course, like dates cooked in milk, or wheatgrass juice)

Sleep properly, don't stay up too late, respect your body's needs.

Lifestyle: do something you love. This will bring you joy, satisfaction and, consequently, energy!

Peace.
