I have try that before and the next day I cannot even open my eye and could not concentrate on my work. If you keep doing that you will end up with lots of sleep debt which you will have to paid it off by sleeping more

Yeah I have and that was after a couple of months of getting very few nights sleep that were more than four hours long ....

the day that i went to work after only two hours .. was kind of weird .. it was like i was opperating on Auto-pilot. I made no mistakes .. was in a fairly happy albeit somewhat silly mood.
The hard part was driving the 40 minutes back home at the end of the day and trying to concentrate.

The two hour sleep was a result of Insomnia not me having been out partying or staying up late to watch Television, so i wasn't ( how do i word this ?? hope this make sense) .. Tired Tired .. just Tired.

After two sessions of acupuncture though the insomnia seems to have gone .. I just have to watch the caffine intact and not do anything that stimulates the brain before bed .. ( guess that mean watching reality TV is OK ;) )

Well, I go to college, so I don't get much sleep alot of the time. One night, I got about two hourse of sleep. I had to wake up around 7 am for a class at 8. It was rough. I had a cereal bar to give me some energy and I chewed cinnamon gum during class. I felt so tired and my eyes were heavy. Right after class, I went back to my dorm and took a long nap. I was alright after that.

I have when I was younger. Had three jobs at one time. Got about 2-3 hours sleep. The effects were cumulative and I had to quit one of the jobs after about 3 months. If you are thinking you might do something similar, consider eating a healthy diet instead of junk foods.

I went to work after my mates and i pulled an all nighter and stayed up drinking It was the worst thing I've ever done, I was so out of it, I was wandering around completely lost and it would take me about 30 seconds to register whatever someone said to me. I made so many mistakes. I'll never do that again, next time i'll roster off lol.

yes, its not bad. The worst part is waking up after only 2 hours of sleep. If its your first time doing it, you wont have a problem

Yes, I was military and we did that quite often. The next day sucked and I felt like I could fall asleep at anygiven moment. I just drank a lot of coffee.
