I go to 7-11 in the mornings and buy coffee and donuts. There is this female cashier who is super friendly to all the customers. However, when it's my turn to pay, she always never makes eye contact with me and she isn't friendly. But this is what bothers me. When I walk out of 7-11 and open my car door she is STARING at me. Then I sit in my carseat and put my seatbelt on, and she is STARING AT ME while serving the next customer. Then I back out and drive off and she STARES at me drive away. But everytime I interact with her she refuses be nice to me. Like I said she is super nice to everyone else and I always smile and greet her and tell her thank you but she doesn't speak to me. So if she doesn't want to speak to me or treat me in a friendly manner, why would she STARE at me everytime I go into my car and drive off?

I think she may like you. Maybe she's afraid to let her feelings out, not knowing if you're open to such a relationship. To hold them in she has to hold everything in. Then it looks like she's mad or mean. How to handle it kind a epends on your preferences.

All I can say is If it bothers you so much why don't you just ask her if there is a problem? She is a human being too, maybe you said or did something to her that made her feel be littled. I can speak from personal experience that sometimes customers do something rude and we never forget it.Just ask her in a polite non-confrontational way if there is a problem?

Racist possibly? Happens to me. If you have some ethnic background, people automatically assume you don't know English and don't talk to you because they think you won't understand. I'm sure there are tons of other convenience stores around, no need to go somewhere service isn't friendly to you.

So many possibilities:
1. She's bored and has nothing else interesting to look at.
2. She's jealous of you.
3. She's attracted to you.

There could be more.

It can only be one of two things:

She's jealous of you or she has a crush on you and she's probably wondering if you go both ways. It's just like in junior high, when a boy likes you he will often times call you names, treat you mean, just basically pick on you. They don't know how to express their feelings. so they find it easier to be mean and rude.

Jealousy. She thinks you have better life than her. Probably you're younger, prettier and driving fancy or at least better car. Other customers probably come only once but you rub it in her face everyday. Not your fault, though. She's just bitter.

Maybe she has a crush on you and doesn't know what to do. You should ask her why she does that - or ask the owner of that 7-11.

You should go to a different store as this inexplicable behavior bugs you, as it would anyone. There's nothing likely to change it, so go elsewhere.
