I use open office it is free @ openoffice.org

GeekSquad would recomment Pc-cillin (cost rather alot) but I would trust Mcafee and Norton

Please note that Norton found a trojon virus on their installation CD but patched it up. So dont be afraid to use Norton

Open Office..it's free and as good as Microsoft.
