My mother had shoulder and upper arm pains for almost 10 years, but after she did yoga for a month or so, they are gone. She can do whatever she wants now. I am so happy. Try yoga, it will be very painful when you start doing it even though you do exercise, but it will get better in a week or so. Hope you get well soon.

I wish I had this 2 years ago when I damaged my rotator cuff while showing off. This is very detailed and really gives you the techniques you need to sort out your own shoulder issues and a lot more info such as preventing further injuries. If you have a shoulder keeping you awake at night you'll know it's no laughing matter.

I have a lot of suggestions for you. However I feel I need to know a bit more about your history before I answer.
Other meds you are on?
Allergies to meds?
Stomach problems or history of ulcers?
History of high blood pressure?
What have you taken in the past for pain that has worked for you?
I am NOT a doctor or pharmacist but I do have suggestions for you once I know more. Thnx

well i'd say it depends on what is causing it? arthritis, sitting too long at work or on a computer? the ergonomics of your workspace (level of chair, monitor position etc..) my mom had a similar problem at work from having to tilt her head up and look through the lower part of her glasses at the screen. if it's at work talk to your boss about an ergonomic evalution on your workspace, if it's at home, make sure you have a comfy chair, padded mouse pad, and the monitor is at eye level to avoid strain. dont use your neck to hold the phone. if it is from somthing else like arthritis or muscle strain from carryig things see a chiropractor (reg. dr's just give pain meds w'out fixing the problem) the hand could be hurting from a pinched nerve in the shoulder, or carpel tunnel. If it's reacurring i'd see a dr. oh and for pain we love these cheap patches at wal-mart/wal-greens called Salonpas..they work great!

any sports cream rub with capisian is usually pretty good. Esp. for sore, aching muscles. Hand pain could be carpal tunnel esp. if you can't hold (ex. cup) without it slipping from your thumb.

No. You need to go to your doctor and be evaluated because really, we could not possibly know what is causing the pain. See a doctor for proper evaluation.

Lady present thought is like that "Hold and handle. Clutch and grip Grasping and letting to. Caressing. Pinching. All ways of dealing with experiences."
Ask to change her thought "I choose to handle all my experienceces with love and with joy and with ease".This for thought pattern.
For her body ask her to do body movement exercises.
And take more alkaline food.(fruits, more vegetables).
