I am gonna guess ear infection - which would throw off your equilibrium, and cause nausea/hearing loss/inability to focus - or the flu because it seems to be going around - I had it twice in January lots of fun.

I agree with VL.

I personally know that ear-aches can get very painful so please see a doctor quickly before things turn awful.
