it is.. but another food rich in protein is tofu. you can fry it, and then eat it like that, it's nice. also, try to drink some soya milk. those are the best source of protein if you prefer not eating meat.

I'm sure it is. Surprisingly enough, too many people in this country already have a disease relating to excess protein intake. However, I don't think you want protein water to be your only source. Try some of these instead:

1. Green Leaves: Believe or not, these babies have sufficient amounts of protein and of extremely high quality, containing all the essential amino acids. They are highly absorbable and will not ferment in the intestines nor poison the body.

2. Fruits: Some of the fruits containing higher quantities of a protein supply for a vegetarian are -Avocados, Dates, Bananas, Olives

3. Nuts

4. Whole Grains

5. Some root vegetables (such as Sweet Potatoes @ 2% by dry weight.)

6. Legumes (though not necessarily advocated...are a good protein supply for a vegetarian)

Take a daily vitamin pill. You will get protein in beens and legumes but you will need niacin made from an amino acid found in animal flesh.

Don't encourage the existence of protein water by buying it.

most healthy eating plans say that you need anywhere from 1-2 grams of protein for every pound that you weigh. I wasn't sure how much protein those drinks have in them but it seems like you would have to drink alot of water to get that. Maybe you should try soy protein or whey protein.

No...you need more then that to relpace meat. It contains more then just protein...iron, and other other vitamins are in meat, that would not be in protein water
