I'm not sure which ingredient you think is bleach, other than possibly the benzyl peroxide, but I assure you there is no bleach in any acne products. And no, putting bleach on your skin will not get rid of your acne. It will chemically burn your skin, and the fumes won't do your insides any good either. Stick with a good scrub, and the regular over the counter products. Tea tree oil applied directly to the spots will help them heal faster. Wear cotton garments next to the skin, and get air and sunlight on your back whenever possible. Use an antibacterial soap on your back to keep the bacteria under control, and if you need to go see the doctor or a dermatologist. But don't pour bleach on your back. That will create problems you don't even want to think about.

I would suggest sticking to the actual products. Bleach might do more harm than good. I heard that toothpaste works though. You might want to check that out.
