you matter to him. She got a new car and he was excited for her. But I'm sick. Missed work and had an MRI. I didn't know about her car. But I expected him to ask about me and my trip to the doctor. He finally did. I told him he made it sound like she was more important to him. He was happy for her , but I thought he would be curious about my problem. I didn't realize she bought a car. I just knew he hadn't even asked me why I missed Monday. That is unusual for him. He told me he did ask someone Monday where I was.

He knew I was sick because I've talked to him about it before I went to the doctor. He asked me Friday, when do you go to the doctor. I said Tuesday, but I got super sick Saturday and almost wrecked my truck because of my leg pain. So I got to the doctor sooner than I planned.

he might just be saying that to make you feel better, depend's on the guy.
and think about this, if you wernt acting sick around him then how would he know something was rong?
and often people are to busy to realize thing's that are important to do with theyre friends, it doesnt mean they dont care =].

If you are not dating him then you should not be upset--he did miss you,but unless you told him that you were going to be out for an MRI he can not guess what happen. It sounds like and I am so not trying to be rude, but you just expect him to know what is going on in your life without telling him. Nobody is a mind reader-and if you did tell him and he did not remember again as long as you are not dating him give him some slack
