My mother really does not want me to move in with him, I love him but i don't know what to do he says he wants he son to see mommy and daddy everyday and that it looks funny that we have been together 2 years and live in seperate homes.

I think, that you should go where YOUR heart tells you to go. It's all well and good for everyone else to have their opinions, but in the end YOU have to make the decision. Think long and hard about it though, don't just jump right into it. Does he love you? Why did you have a child, was it planned? Why does your mother NOT want you to live with him? Talk to your mother, chances are she is pretty smart, but don't judge, at the end of the day all she is going to do is love you and want to protect you.

You've been together for 2 years, have a kid together... Why not get married, then move in together
Also, you were 16 and he was 23 when you started dating... that's creepy.
