OK I have this theory about people, that there are three phases to their lives, pre-peak - the time before the reach their full potential, peak - when they have reached it and post peak when others may think that they aren't quite as good looking as before.
I would rate you as an 7-8 and definitely PRE-Peak meaning you haven't yet reached your full beauty. Some people have very distinct phases and others seem to gradually move from one phase to the next. Personally - Christie Brinkley is still beautiful to me and she is in her late 40's or early 50's. Age doesn't really have much to do with it.
Part of reaching your peak is believing in yourself. You are certainly attractive and I bet you turn heads whether you see that or not. Smiling is contagious and people find that someone that smiles more attractive (I wish I could find the study that showed that information).
In the end beauty is more than skin deep. It is the culmination of everything that the person is and will be. It is the combination of their character and their life experiences. When you smile I bet you are a 10.

If I saw you walking in a mall, I would think there goes a lady with a pretty face. She looks like she does not get enough sleep. I would not rate you from a scale of 1 to 10 since I would first want to talk with you and see your personality. To me, your looks are only skin deep and I would not want to be next to someone who only values people of how they look… However, using your scale I would give you an 8 or maybe an 8.5 because of your smile.. You have one very small eye, so that takes a ( half a point) and I cannot make out your nose from your picture so that was (-1 point from your scale. )
Try not to place a number on people or yourself. You will be much happier with yourself in time. Just hang with good people and things will look much prettier.

You're a blondie, which is really cool. Blonds are head-turners despite being hot or not. However, you have fair skin and being that blond it enhance it. The picture isn't too great because it is too bright and therefore making you seem pale. However, if you try a darker background, you could use your "brightness" in your advantage and look like Snow White, but blond. ;)
I'm blond too, and fair skin ... and black suits me most. I'm not pale, so whites and colours are fine too. However, black really points out the uniqueness of being a blond. ;)
For a mall pass-by, I'd say ... about 7.5 maybe 8 based on the picture.

You are certainly attractive. I don't know how to rate 1-10. Certainly 8 or more.
But really, these things aren't what matters, what you think about yourself is more important than what others think about you. And this is especially true when it comes to physical appearance.
That you don't like yourself is troubling.
