I was going thru a divorce and met this divorced guy. We always had a good friendship but slept together thrice in December. Since our last sexual encounter, he has not wanted to have sex and said he first wants my divorce to go thru. Fair enough! but i have been divorced now for a month and he is still avoiding being intimate with me. We still see each other regularly and i tried initiating sex but he does not seem to do it. im very frustrated as i really like this guy and dont know how to approach the situation!

Sounds like he might really like you too and is worried about being the "rebound guy" and doesn't want to get hurt. Talk about it with him as there are many other possibilities as to why he doesn't want to "do it". He sounds like a keeper though if my original synopsis is correct and if he can communicate with you.

I hate to say it, but he just isn't that into you. I could say something that you want to hear like talk to him, or it will pass. But the truth is that he just isn't into you anymore and is afraid of saying it. If he were truly into you, then you two would still be having sex. You just have to realize that you are in a one way relationship - you like him but he doesn't like you. Unless you like the heartache he is causing, it is time to let him go.

Guys are not hard to get in bed. Spice things up a bit. Change your techniques...for more details, read Cosmo.

don't try to force the issue, let it be natural. if you focus on no sex, then the no sex issue will grow and grow. However if you focus on other things, try dancing and going out to have some drinks, maybe this will spice up the night and build the mood.

I think it sounds odd too. It sounds like something turned him off.
